THAT ERIN CAPITAL MANAGEMENT SENT THE ACCOUNT TO HIS LAW OFFICE TO COLLECT THE MONEY. WE THEN SET UP PAYMENT PLANS.I FINISHED MY PAYMENTS. NEVER GOT A LETTER FROM HIM STATING IT WAS FINISHED. When I was contacted by Moya Kovic about my metris bank account; we agreed to set up monthly payments. i finished paying them off in time and he promised me I woudl get a letter from him that the account was paid.

Well numerous calls to the office, and 2 lawyers later the account is not paid for.

I was served papers in July of 2008 and now I might be gettign served again. I do not know what to do.

I have filed banktruptcy and it is finished. Why wasn't this account on my credit report if it was not paid? It woudl have been paid thru my bankruptcy. Please help.
