MP3 Rocket Music Little to No Customer Support and No way of Contacting Company other than email Nationwide

I have had MP3 subscription for one year previously and enjoyed the service, however, when I renewed, paid my money and downloaded the software, I have not been able to connect. I have emailed them for help and they did respond with help that has not worked. I keep asking for their help and do not get a response back from them. I do not know their phone number or address to contact them directly. I have asked for my money back and have not had any response after 3 emails.
Stay away from this company as it has little to no customer support!
