They presented themselves as the KaZaa site. Since I have not visited KaZaa for quite awhile I was not surprised to see that there was a "fee" for use. It was not until I paid the "fee" that I was informed this was a site that offered nothing that was not already free on the web. Very misleading discription and they will not refund my money. Beware

I dont know the legality of their offer. I was curious as to what they charged me for since the program list they gave was all programs you could get for free. the proof was that they forworded me to download.com.
The reason I made no uproar about this is because I want to believe that this is protection against lawsuits from the RIAA.
If I get in trouble with that assosiation, I will hand them my bank statement and online invoice showing that I paid for a service that claims I can download music legaly. If Im at fault ... so are they. and I will in turn sue them for misleading me.
Till that day I will rest easy believing that I was doing the right thing.
