MP3Suite A COMPLETE RIPOFF !! Internet

MP3Suite.com is a COMPLETE RIPOFF!!

I found the Ripoff Report site after trying repeatedly to get some help from MPESuite.com after I had trouble downloading music files from their site this after purchasing a two-year contract. I have had exactly the same results in my attempts to rectify the problem as a Senior citizen from Maryland who also filed a report on this company. Furthermore, I cannot seem to get a refund. Sales, and Billing do not answer e-mail messages (there are no phone numbers to contact these departments) so I guess they've got my money and I've got a bad taste in my mouth.

Interestingly, this site comes highly recommended by independent rating agencies so I'm beginning to wonder just how reliable this entire industry really is. I will not join any other music sites after this experience.

I have been able to reliably download music files from Amazon.com, but they have a more limited offering of single pieces which is how I prefer to purchase my music.

MP3Suite.com does not honor its 100% satisfaction guarantee; and its customer service and tech support are nonexistent.

Purchased 2 years unlimited music download in April 2008. Despite numerous attempts using canned instructions, music would not download. Requested tech support--no response. Requested refund--no response.

My request for refund was well within the timeframe required, but has been ignored.

So, if you are tempted with MP3Suite.com's promises, beware--you might be sorry.
