mr andrew/ vodafone ny 1265 broadway is total fraud company.  never handover the credit card to them as they immediatley overcharge the amount without taking consent of the suctomer. on request to refund they handover simple pc of paper mentioning to refund in 03-30days which never happens.  they do it to the tourist as they understand they will go back to thei country and will not come back to ask fr the refund.  US government should take action against them as it is earning bad name for america. mr andrew is israeli not american.
