Chase (the owner) came out to my house to bid refinishing my floor. I explained that I wanted the floor to be dark gray. He said he could do that. After 4 days of working, the technicians could not achieve the gray color I was promised. The floors came out brown. 

Chase was called back out to the house to take a look. He said he was very sorry that it came out brown.  His technicians also agreed that the floor was brown. Chase did not explain what is possible with my species of wood. He did not show me any samples of finished colors either. 

His company took my payment over the phone and produce no paperwork for me to sign. No work order or service agreement. Upon asking for my money back, he said it was non-refundable.
