Mr. Tire Over charge me for labor Frederick Maryland

Mr. Tire shop manager over charged me for labor a wheel alignment.  Mr. Tire manager charged me a total of three and a half hours worth of labor, but had my car for only an hour and twenty minutes.

The details are as follows:  

$99 (Labor) Wheel Alignment

$152(Hour & a half Labor) to replace a cam screw. Part cost was seperate.

$152(Hour & a half labor) to replace an inner tie rod, & to fix the high pitch grinding noise from my front right brake caliper. I supplied the inner tie rod.

But the high pitch grinding was never fixed. The manager refused to take my car back and fixed the grinding problem without charging me more labor.
