Avoid Mr. T's Coin Laundry Cleaners (aka Rowo Inc.)!!! This is a SCAM!!! The coin machines do not dispense the change and the owner and manager Terry (727-563-6591) could care less. There never is anyone working there. The state will close this scam "Laundromat" down soon I am sure!!!
