Mr wheel deal shipped 4 tires balanced on new rims

Bought 4 new Mickey Thompson truck tires on new chrome rims 3 we're fine one was mis balanced They advised me to take it to a local shop and they would pay to re balance They did but it took 9 oz of lead weight which still did not fix the shake I called them and was told I should send all kinds of information to them which I did inudibg dot tire number tread depth picyires etc and I provided. then they told me to pay 675 dollars for new tire and shipping to them and back to me which was another 300 approximately.and I would never be reimbursed shipping.

This is ridiculous they say their vendor makes the rules not them but I bought them from me wheel deal not their vendor I plan on diluting payment with american express but this ir ridiculous I can buy a new tire for less than $300.
