Mrs Stephanie Campbell At Excel Resouces Inc. kept asking me questions about the check and put me on hold a few time then disconnect the call. Toronto Ontario Canada

I recieved a check in the mail issued by Bank of America and a letter attched. The letter stated that I have won an International Shopping Sweepstakes Lottery. It said that I have won 245,000.00 and that the check for 2,475.00 was to pay for the taxes of the amount that I won.
However they want me to Western Union $1,750.00 in order to claim my winnings. The letter alos states that I should not attempt to us this check until I spoke with the claim agent, Stephanie Campbell.
Something does not seem right!!!
