I called for support on downloading some software. They did a free consult, accessed my system and told me my entire networked was hacked. Charged me $500 dollars to fix

 

They crashed one of three laptops, did not solved the internet issues and I still did not get software installed. They argued with me for 3 days while I was trying to get my refund and then reused to give me a full refund.

 

I still have not received a partial refund.
