Dear Sir/Ma'am,

I never realized how important it is for anyone to sign their name to the work they complete. When one receives real positive follow-thru, it is more than a pleasure to send a thank you. When it provides the least in value, and creates something that may well encompass more than one person or entity, then it is indeed disastrous.

Not only do my issue fall into the second category, but it as well cost me countless, days, weeks, a year of sleepless days, nights, weekends, etc. Add to that the understanding of suffering from variances of difficult exhaustive disabling issues, included non stop intrinsic chronic pain 24/7, but as well stresses beyond utterance by the additional issues of the above. It also cost me economic hardship, and almost my credibility of the positive interface in correspondence to complete my job as a member of the Mayors Office on Disability. I have lost programs on this computer because it did not match that of what the CD case stated it was for, that was sent out from MSN.

Because of the above, to the integrity of my daughter's computer, it functioned far from what a normal' computer, and that of the programs placed initially on it.

I also was forever on the phone talking to your technicians from MS from India, to Manila, to South America. Finally tonight, in frustration, I thought I would give it one more last try. I hate to give up and feel beat.

I signed onto my passport and saw that everything in the passport area was fine. Then I next went to the support technical support online' area. I was connected to a person by the name of Hemanth, who assured me in our conversation that our conversation would indeed be mailed to me at the end of the session, plus the steps of how to regain the full integrity of my initial signing up to again become member of MSN Browser, as well have full working access to MSN e-mail. At present I can only sign in thru IE email, and gain hotmail interface.

I was given instructions of how I might take all of my present MSN Programs, off the computer and start with a clean install. I told the technician, that I had conducted this simple step many times over but still to date, could not now even gain entrance to my MSN Browser. The technician asked me after some interchanges, if I had the CD and I could do a clean install.

For some reason I took it out of it's package and looked at it. The outside of the case stated it was, MSN 9 and did as he asked, to take out the CD and install it. Before this, I had taken my MSN 8 in the past as well and just inserted it into the CD space on the computer. I read the CD to this technician. His response, the disk you have, is not for pc, it is for MAC' !

Now, I am not computer oriented, and thought what had been sent to me was in effect gospel, and could be used upon receipt. I'm shocked also that in all this whole time of my asking for technical assistance around the world' so to speak, that not one of your technicians thought to ask me if the CD I had was for the right machine. Nor can I fathom why, or from whom at the start of the CD being sent out, that this was not checked as a first priority before being placed in it's case ?

You might also know that at least two times in my conversation to the billing department, they on the last time I conversed with them, offered me two months of free MSN, but it did not allow me to gain entrance to MSN, nor clear up any of my issues as expressed through out this e-mail. I was also told incorrectly by a billing clerk, that I could have both MSN Email, and hotmail. But was charged extra at the start of all my CD issues so I could maintain full use of any e-mail connect at MSN, because I could not get to my MSN e-mail because of the terrible mix up that at that time I did not know what the problem was. You can't begin to understand the utter frustration ongoing and upset this all has caused me, and my family, when it could have been addressed before the CD left MSN home site of origin. It totally disabled me, my work, etc. Add to this if you will, a technician whom gave me the wrong instructions because of a blooper they made, thinking I had Windows 2000, and accordingly assisted me in gaining this onto my computer in the early connect of my trying to gain MSN technical assistance.

Indeed, what we do does more than affect one another. In this case, it affected not only the members of my family, my community, but those from outside this city, state, country, and across the world.

Nobody is perfect that is true, but in hindsight, if we don't really look out to make sure that the integrity of all, becomes our first priority, upon the initial time we take to complete a job, and the follow thru therein, then we are not in the pursuit of making our lives stress free, and to that degree of feeling - or offering completeness of trust from one, or many. Remember I am a paying customer, and a walking add to all.

In a simple understanding of sending out any/all products, and or work, it is more than hopeful that your company, and it's employees [anywhere in the world] will in the future, think, make inquiry, and make sure that this kind of difficulty will not arise for another consumer seeking your services, let alone product[s].

If I did not care, I would not bother to be without sleep nor sit down, write this e-mail to you at 3:16 AM, this Friday morning. I sincerely hope I will hear a response back from you, and stated on you company letterhead, addressed to :

I am hopeful the MSN 9 CD will arrive soon, so I may make significant changes. I dearly hope it will not take as long as my last inquiry for an MSN CD, which took over 7 months...... Again, it is for a PC, NOT for a Mac. Windows 98 is the program being used.
