Mtc Trucking, Trucking Facilites Unfit by 3rd World Standards. Deception is the name of the game Hazelwood, Missouri

I recently attended MTC, started classes on Sept 22, 2008 to be exact. I had plenty of offers from other companies, but chose MTC based on the MISINFORMATION I was given by my recruiter. Upon arrival, I found that I wasn't the only person deceived by my recruiter, but that EVERYONE else was also duped into coming there. Deception is truly the name of the game at MTC.

Many people, myself included, left behind our only sources of income to attend training there, so once we realized we were deceived, we didn't have the option nor the funds to simply get back on the bus and return home.
We were herded in, given physicals by a CHIROPRACTOR (yes, chiropractor is checked on the health card issued by the school), and made to sign the contract...all prior to seeing the facilities. I was told by my recruiter that we would be staying at a resort and we would be fed. However, he failed to mention we wouldn't be fed ANY breakfast, and that the school would spend an average of $2.00 per meal, mostly consisting of McDonalds .99 Double Cheeseburgers and slices of pizza.

Also, those fortunate enough to stay at the OVERFLOW hotel, are told NOT to eat the continental breakfast because the school doesn't feed us breakfast. If one does eat the continental breakfast, they risk being sent home! The restrooms at the school are awful! The toilets are backed up all the time, the showers are cold and the water comes out sprinkling if at all! I don't believe there is a hot water heater on the premises. These are just a few of the issues I have with the place.

i finally got so fed up with the program that I left! I could no longer convince myself that willingly paying $8000+ for this program was justified! I want to file a CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT against this school, but I am not familiar with legal jargon and am in need of the proper assistance.

Also, on our 3rd or 4th day there, we were visited by a representative of the state. She came from the Auditors office stating the school had NOT been audited in 10-15 years. There were so many complaints made, that the following day MTC's OWNER came in, fabricated a LIE that a student chose to WASTE one of the ONLY 2 meals we receive daily all over a lunch table. Then threatened to kick everyone of us off the premises and cancel the program. i believe this was done in an attempt to keep us quiet! No one other than the employees saw the table, but they insisted this was done by a student.
