I am currently working with my mother on a class action lawsuit against this scam artist disguising herself as a "matchmaker." She's nothing but a fraud who finds her "clients" on match.com! Too many similar stories can be found online about this woman - all of them saying the same thing, she's a fraud and she's blatantly rude. Reading through her responses here one can see her true colors. Your scam is over Maureen - see you in court!

If a client is realistic and takes our advice, the program does work. I have over 1000 success stories that prove this. I already answered this comment from a Jessica? above, but it is not showing up as I answered it. So I would like to address this situation of people who are claiming to be clients without proving that they are in fact clients of mine.

It is common knowledge that in my business of Matchmaking for 14 years, even with over 1000 success stories (of which I simply stopped counting after reaching the 1000 mark) that unfortunately, I cannot help every single person that comes into my program.

I do my best, working around the clock, since Matchmaking is my life, and I only take on clients that I think I can help. However, sometimes, as you can see in the very few reports of unhappy clients compared to the thousands of clients I have worked with over the years, made it impossible for me to help. I wish I could help everyone. Please also note, that most of these people once I contacted them, all took back their complaints! The very few that did not take back their complaint, all fall within the category of people that, although I did everything in my power to help them and make things right, choose to be negative, rather than work things out and take the high road.

Please notice my success record is the highest in the industry, and I have the fewest complaints in the business. That is because I do my best to help every one of my clients, and have the most amazing staff assisting me.

Unfortunately, we all know people that complain about every service they deal with. It is a shame, but is also a fact of doing business. I give you all my word, I do my best to fix any clients's concerns that they may have! Thank you all for listening.

I saw this generic negative comment from a Jessica that is unhappy but does not give ANY details. I looked into my database and have 5 Jessicas. Four of the Jessicas have met many wonderful guys (all my clients are the best of the best singles in NY and Long Island), and the fifth Jessica has gone out on dates but I haven't found her the right guy yet.

Please note...none of the Jessicas have ever called or emailed me with any complaints or of needing any help!

If this is a real complaint, all this girl has to do is call the office and I will help her! Please note, I cannot read minds. If someone does not tell me they have a problem, I cannot fix the problem...

I am now done with my breast cancer surgery from June 25th, 2013, and even came back early to service my 1200 clients. I am 100% healthy now and cancer free. There is no room in my life for any type of negativity. All you have to do Jessica is call me today and let me know what your frustration is and I will fix it!

For anyone reading this, please make up your own mind. Anyone can easily put in a complaint about any service. In this day and age you can even put one in like this girl without any information at all...all I ask is that you come in for your free consultation and see for yourself. Every service you will find complaints on. However, remember, even with over 1000 success stories, which are marriages, I still cannot make every single person successful.

All business owners in my program have told me they go through this same thing now with the rip off reports so easily available to write anything without any proof. It is a shame. However, anyone that has ever had a legititmate complaint with me and given the true details, have ALL taken back their complaint and said it is resolved!

I will help any client who is unhappy with my service. All they have to do is call me. Kindly remember, I came back from my recuperation early just so I can live up to the award I win every year as the BEST MATCHMAKER on Long Island.

P.S. Five of my clients called me today and are very upset that a girl was able to make this complaint without any facts and want to put in their success stories for all of you to read that my program does work. I told them however, that I am pretty sure you can only put in complaints on this venue. But please keep in mind, even though I work over 70+ hours a week to help my clients, I still cannot guarantee every single client will be successful.

Lastly, if you are a nice, decent, quality single who is emotionally and financially stable and have high expectations, because you yourself are all these things...then you will love my service! Due to the recent amount of complaints, although much lower than any other matchmaking service, I am now making my screening process even higher than it was before! Looking back, the only complaints I have ever received where from singles that I was unsure of accepting, but wanted to try my best in helping them...

I am sorry it took me so long to answer this girl's comment. In June, I underwent surgery for cancer and had to come back to work as quickly as possible for my 1200 clients. I only saw this now. However this is a very tall, big girl that signed up three years ago for a 6 month program or 5 matches, whichever came first and I gave her a discount to only $800.

She admits that I gave her free time to help her. She admits to receiving a different match every week (when no one gets a new match every week), but as I said, I wanted to try everything possible to help this girl. When she came in on the interview I almost didn't accept her because I felt she might be alittle too difficult to make successful. I do have over 1000 success stories in my 13 years of matchmaking. 98% of my girls in their 20's are all beautiful girls both inside and out. Guys you will love my program! If I do not think I can make someone successful, I do not take their money. In this case, I was very honest with her reminding her there are no guarantees that you will get married and I do not have control over if the guys will say yes or not. But again, I wanted to help her. Most guys said no to her due to her being "too big and tall."

She admits to receiving three of the five matches, but ran out of time first. I gave her extra free time to do my best to help her be successful. One day I called her and told her even though she was way past her experation date with my service I would still give her extra time. She declined very rudely and hung up.

Years later, she puts in a complaint? The rest of her stories are not true and are slanderous to my reputation. I actually think she is getting me confused with another service, but will not slander that company's name.

As the owner of my company I can assure everyone that is reading this that I do everything in my power to make my clients successful. This is a girl that I gave a discount to and a lot of extra time for free to help her. In any of the reports about my company it is always unfortunately the clients that I am unsure of in the beginning, let them know there are no guarantees, and they are the ones that complain. My full paying clients never give me a problem. In fact, I have over 1000 marriages, and I just stopped counting after I reached 1000. The matchmakers in NYC that are $10,000 and higher do not even have that track record.

She mentions I am the only matchmaker on Long Island. That is because of my experience, my success stories, the fact that I have over 1200 fantastic clients, and work over 70 plus hours a week to do everything to help my clients be successful. Although it is impossible to help every single client, I still do my best to do so. Even with these very few complaints, I am still the matchmaker with the best record and lowest complaints.

It is unfortunate that this girl would try to ruin my reputation 3 years after joining a 6 month program after I gave her a discount and all the free time to help her. There is obviously an ulterior motive here. I know what it is, but will not mention it. I always have and always will take the high road. Do I wish I could help every single client, of course...is it possible, No!

Lastly guys...if you are average looking, 2 % of my girls in my youngest age range are kind, average looking, smart, and have a heart of gold. If you are very selective and are looking for beautiful girls, 98% qualify as being beautiful inside and out, smart and loving. "There is a lid for every pot," as my mentor taught me.
