Show customers why they should trust your business over your competitors...
Mugshot-catalog.com is a real piece of work. In order for me to remove my DISMISSED charges, I must pay a $69.99 fee. I live in the state of Georgia where HB 150 was passed this year to combat the criminal tactic of these websites regarding those with dismissed charges.
I need to know if there is currently any class action lawsuits or legal recourse I can take against these websites. My fear if I do pay to remove this information, more sites will spring up doing the same exact thing.
