I had taken my RV in for damge to the electrical, plumbing, and body, damage from an accident. Mullahey RVs manager assured me all would be repaired as well as other other samll issues that would be covered by insurance. The only thing they repaired was my body damage after having my RV in for more than three months nothing was resolved. I took my RV in two more times and only got the plumbing working incorrectly. My insurance paid in thousands and after arguing with the manager to try to get theses issues resolved. In the end I never got anything else repaired.

Unfortunately, situations like this is why our insurance rates are so high.The insurance co paid for the damage related to the accident & not your wish list.Outdated batteries & non related plumbing leaks are customer responsibilty which you did not want to assume & the insurance co. disallowed.As a goodwill we repaired your minor plumbing leaks because WE value all our customers.
I refuse to put my integrity & reputation on the line for unrelated repairs but will not let the insurance companies try to take shortcuts either.An insurance claim is not a open ticket for anything you can think of & I know this upset you greatly as you are following through on your threat to "bad mouth us online". In 28 years of servicing customer's there have been few "bad apples" but I guess that comes with the territory.
