This company filed a lawsuit against me and never seved me any papers. I realized that I was being sued when I opened a letter from a lawfirm that notified me of the filing and offered their assistance in this matter. I then went online to the court daabase to see if I could pull up the index number and confirmed that an action was filed against me. This company thinks they are slick. It is tax time so they figured they could file a default judgment against me and garnish my refund. Fortunately I, unlike many victims of this firm, am on top of their game.
