Last week, I went for a routine yearly inspection on my 2004 vehicle. When I returned to pick it up, they said it had failed because of the wiper blades.

Instead of calling me, they had sent the info. to Albany and my only recourse was to buy two very expensive blades from them and wait while they called Albany a second time.
