October 7th, Out of the blue, My grandmother, My mother in-law, and my home phone were called looking for me. My wife received the message on our machine as i was at work. after listening to the message she contacted me at work telling me about the calls and the message left at our home. I didn't experience any foul language or nastiness when i called the return number to inquire as to the purpose of the call.

A woman named "Brook", a Man Named "Tim Detoth" and another idiot wanting to impress me with the "I'm a private investigator" statement, said that they needed me to pay up a bad debt to them regarding a Discover CC that i had back in 1995. If i didn't make arrangments with them at that time that they would be filling a Suit against me For Assests aquisition in my home county. I didn't admit nor deny the claim they stated but, rather asked them to send me copies of the information they had, for my review. This request was denied stating that any information they had was theirs and that they would be keeping it until we were in court. I'm not a lawyer, But i'm not stupid either. I told them, " fine, file your suit and i'll see you then". Me being taken to court, Asset aquisition? what the F**K!! I started looking for information out here and Wow, the list seems to be longer than my arm.

I asked them for an address, Per my conversation with an Attorney, they refused to give me that also. However the attorney was able to locate one address and my wife located another, so as to which one is which or maybe both are opperated as the same i couldn't tell you. At this time i'm waiting for the 72 hours to get my Summons for a court hearing Per "Brook" as of 8:30 p.m. on the 8th of October, 2008.

It's very disturbing to me to see so many other people that have or are dealing with these idiots. Ignoring all legal corrispondence requests but offering threats if we don't comply immediately with their demands. I'm so furious with them, But then again maybe thats just what they're trying to do. Piss a person off.

I'm on board for a class action lawsuit against these people if it were to develop, Hell, My Consulted attorney is encouraging a lawsuit against them for Violations of the FDCPA, harrasment and anything else we can pin on these people. If it goes that far, i will try to contact as many people as I can that have had issues with these people and turn the tables on them, Legally.
