Musicians Friend is ripping off my 68 year old mother for a three thousand dollar Gibson Les Paul guitar. Their warehouse in Kansas City sent her a damaged guitar in a open box that she paid them three thousand dollars for.
They offerd her a 150 off the price she paid for the guitar, but said she could change her mind in 45 day's. After she found out it would cost her too much to have the guitar repair done , she called their Salt Lake city number on their catalog, and they gave her a R.A. number.
She waited over a month and a half for them to send a pre paid shipping stamp, so she paid 116 to Fedex to send their junk guitar back to them, and also called their warehouse in Kansas City to make sure they got it and was told it was her fault that the guitar was damaged and they are sending the damaged guitar back to her.
Someone in their warehouse said they put their foot through the guitar case. I will be reporting them to all my musician people all over the world, to warn them of this fraud company Musicians Friend. I feel that this is grand theft and we are talking with other people about this. Please stop these thieve's at musicians friend from stealing people's money. Music is to make people happy , and these crook's at Musicians Friend are cheating people right and left.

They sent her the the three thousand dollar gibson les paul back with more damage done to it. She had the U.P.S open the box on video cam. Which proves musicians friend to be liars and cheats.
They spent allmost two week,s calling and lying to her about the les paul guitar. Musicians Friend kept trying to trick her into waiting longer and longer to return the guitar to them. She will be burning a dvd of them opening the box.
She never knew that Musicians Friend were ripping off old people.
The people at salt lake city musicians friend are now trying to tell her they can't talk with her. some one at their office told me that they change their notes and try to rearrange what people say in their call's.
All she want's from these crook's at musicians friend is a exchange or her money back for the damaged guitar they sent her, and they lie and lie about everything so they can try to steal her three thousand dollars.
