Both insurance companies' adjusters agreed we were not at fault; our adjuster assured us of same. NEARLY 3 YEARS LATER, we find out Mutual of Enumclaw went to arbitration over this claim, without us knowing. The arbitration went against us, and we weren't there to challenge it, or reject it and opt for court. We had an AT FAULT on our record for almost 3 years, and were clueless. M of E refuses to remove the AT FAULT, so we're going to the insurance commissioner of WA.
