HiI bought a car of R190,000.00 a month ago the and the tranfer was done on the 13th of August 2011, they keep on making empty promises that they'll give me the papers but don't. I think the main reason behind them not giving out papers in that they can't pay the previous owner his money so that he can realese the papers.their contact details are
