MWI*Business Max Fraud - Vista Print fradulent charges to my credit card for "membership" that I did not ask for or agree to Omaha Nebraska

I ordered from Vista Print to get free business cards (nice cards) but then got stuck with charges from MWI BusinessMax for $9.95 per month, I also got an e-mail from them (you couldn't reply to their e-mail address) informing me that I would be billed monthly for my "membership" - but of course they never issued a member ID or an actual website for "BusinessMax".

I've heard alot from other folks in ths forum reporting the same practices (and worse). I'm going to try to get the charges on my credit card reversed, if there's any other class action lawsuits that are ongoing please let me know - these nice folks need to be put out of business for good. I went back through the vista print website and found that the company is actually based in the Cayman Islands - a nice tax dodge and good way to avoid the U.S. legal system.

I'm sure that MWI's "customer service" address (a PO Box in Nebraska) is not were the company is chartered - I'd love to find out who these guys are and where they're operating from. It would be nice to bring the full weight of the US Justice system down on these guys - if Martha Stewart can go to prison anyone can!
