My USAA Federal Savings Bank Master Card was charges $ 119.95 and under "Description" on my statement it stated "MWI*ESSENTIALS".

I finally got this charge written off. Then, searching the web for "MWI ESSENTIALS" I ran across several similiar instances.

I hear there is a lawsuit being filed in California. I live in North Carolina and my bank is in Texas.

This is a federal issue in my mind since state boundaries have been crossed. Where is the FBI???
