Bridgette C. Hutchinson is a extremely poor landlord. She never followed up on any issues that was brought to her attention and never made ANY repairs. She made promises that she did not live up to on her end of our aggrement. The townhome that we rented from her was in poor condition and it was never disclosed to us. My husband and I just dony want anyone else to be burned by this crooked woman and her bad business.
