My Access Benefits LLC Stole My Money Clearwater Florida

Without my permission $149 was taken out of my bank account. On 3/30/2008 I got a call from Gary to buy their credit card. When I was told that there was a service fee of $149 I told Gary that I was not interested. He continued to try to sell it to me but again I said "No". I then said "Goodbye, Gary" and hung up the phone. On 4/1/2008 I saw that $149 was deducted from my checking account on 3/31/2008. This caused overdrafts charges to my account.
