Show customers why they should trust your business over your competitors...
I was aplying for a loan and was not told they do extensive marketing and there would be a charge of $29.95 for their service and automatically charged my checking account. I was told they needed my information to put the money they was loning me into. Come to find out they do not loan anything. When I called regarding this matter they played crazy.

This company is taking money out of people's accounts without their permission. They just did it to me on September 27, 2012.

I was trying to get a payday loan. I did not signup with my cash guardian. When I went to my bank I noticed that they also took $29.95 out my account without my consent. I called them and forcible told them that I wanted the money put back in my account immediately or I would not only inform my lawyer, I would also report them to the attorney general. They apologized and said they would cancel my account (which I never had) and refund my bank account within 5 days. I told them they were messing with the wrong person and if I didn't see the money in 5 days, they will be contacted by my lawyer. You should call them and DEMAND your money back and threaten them with legal action. Follow through if you don't get it back. File a report with the attorney general. That's what I'm going to do if they don't issue a refund.
