my derma essence scam,rip off,took money from my account Nationwide

Received an offer on-line for skin care product. Was a free trial,only pay $3.95 for shipping and handling. My account was charged twice for $3.95 in april and then 1 was charged $84.78 again that month. This month i had another $88.70 taken out of my account. When i called and attempted to cancel productive and spoke to "Lisa" in customer service was told could not cancel,attempted to give me a discount price. Had to tell her multiple times,wanted to speak with a supervisior and was told that "Lisa' was a supervisior!! I informed her this this was illegal and a scam. At the end would only refund my account $44.35.
