My Dish Now Uses deceptive practices to scam your money Internet

I called My Dish Now to have Dish Network connected to my home. I had already had Direct TV out to the house and they could not find their satellite due to limited visibility around my home. Because of this, I asked the My Dish Now representative if they could delay charging me their $39.95 "processing charge" until a technician could verify that service would be available at my home. He very specifically stated that they would not charge me until the technician did this. That same afternoon, I checked my account online to find that they had already charged the $39.95. Today, a week after the call, the technician came out and could not connect me to Dish Network due to limited visibility. Now I am out $39.95 for absolutely nothing. I have come to realize that My Dish Now is a marketing company, not affiliated with Dish Network and their business plan is to scam the processing charge from as many customers as possible. If you want Dish Network, I suggest you go directly to them and save yourself from this fraud.
