I ordered a Hospice Specialty Plate from this company Feb. 24, 2017. I paid extra money to have this plate transferred, as I had just received my new automotive tag and registration in the mail.
The website said 20 days before I received my tag. I gave company leeway, as I honestly hate to complain. On April 12th, I still had not received my tag and emailed the company. They responded fairly quickly and apologized for the delay, stating they had to order more Hospice tags and mine would be going out "in the next few days".
It is now May 17 and STILL no tag. I emailed company again on May 9 and again May 16 (yesterday) with no reply. I'm filing this report because I'm TIRED of waiting. At this rate, my tag will be due to be renewed again before I get this plate.
