My Merchant LLC.com Jose Valleria, Wesley Daguiar, My Merchant LLC Deceptive Business Practices Brooklyn New York

Jose Valleria and Wesley Daguiar run a finance company in New York Called MY Merchant LLC, and solicit customers who have been rejected by other finance companies. A minister named Felix called me who preaches all about god and I should have hung up on him. Instead I listened to him talk about getting me financed and he could get me money for my struggling company. I sent him a letter of a cash advance company I am having problems with, but it got settled out of court. I told him not to go any further unless his boss told me I could be financed. the questions, bank statements, assets that go along with the process is tiresome and I just went through it with two other companies. I got a call from his boss and owner Jose Valleria who told me I can get you $50,000.00 no problem and I will do everything I can and I promise you.

Well that went on for three months, customers calling for thier equipment, land lord bothering me for rent, chargebacks from Pay Pal and credit cards. I entrused them to get me the money so people placed orders for it, so when the financing was "next week, next week" and "I have a contract" it caused me more and more damage. They would look up on the internet places that I could have found financing (Cabbage, Pay Pal, Ect) They triedd to loan me money from the prevoius loaner "Bob Gaskin" $6,000.00 for $8,400.00. The promises and gospel still would not stop. He uses religion to entice you in his trust and then sticks it to you real good. I never have been led on like this, as my company got deeper and deeper in the hole. If you get a call from them hang up. Wesley treated me like a criminal from my past problem with advance me even the judge ruled in my favor. In the time he was stringing me along I could have got a home equity loan or a personal loan.

This is something I hope I recover from, please dont believe these con artists and get a loan with a reputable company. I am not blaming them for my cash flow problems, but they make promises they cant keep and offer loans a loan shark would be proud of. Helping a business is one thing, taking advantage of sombody is another. They have all my personal information which scares me. Kevin L Rxxxxxx
