My Pillow, Inc. , Product Failure and Dishonored Money Back Guarantee, Shakopee MN

My Pillow advertises their pillows to be supportive and to keep their shape, helping to keep your neck aligned.  The very first time I tried to use my new pillow it went flat, it was lumpy, did not support my head and neck, and did not keep its shape at all.  They also advertise a 60 day money back guarantee. 

The packing slip in my shipment even including that statement.  However, when I called customer service to get instructions on how to return my pillow, they told me I would not get my money back.  When I disputed it with my credit card company, they just sent it to a collection agency, even after my credit card company reposted my charge. 

Therefore, My Pillow: 1) Sent me a complete product failure, 2) dishonored their money back guarantee, and 3) charged me twice!!  Now that is a RIPOFF!!
