I purchased the software and found ot buggy and the mobile servers too slow for my techs. I invoked the 30-day money back guarantee within 30 days but only recevied a partial refund. I was given no explanation as to why and was denied my request for an itemized statemtent of the $700 not refunded. The staff while I was a cutomer but became rude and unsrepsonsive after I asked for the refund. A very unprofessional organization.
