I ordered two pairs of shoes online using my credit card. The shoes did not show up so I called and the rep said they were backordered and it would take another 2-3 weeks. The shoes still did not show up so I requested to get my money back twice now with no results. I am now going through my credit card company to dispute the charge. Jeff Acme, WA

....if you have not waited more than 60 days since you placed your order.

Reason: Non delivery of merchandise.

CC websites include a place to web file a written chargeback request and these are REALLY fast, and your statement should also have a form on its backside than you can fill out & mail to the CC bank.
