I had exactly the same problem as the sisters from Oregon. They have had my money since December 7th and still no shoes or refund.
This must be an ongoing problem because you can no longer call them, everything is by e-mail. I sent my last e-mail over a week ago and still no response.
How do these people stay in business? I wish I had checked them out before placing my order, if I had I wouldn't be in this situation. BEWARE!!

I entered my phone number instead of the phone for My Shoe Store. The phone number for My Shoe Store is 1-877-675-3295. I finally got my refund after turning it over to my credit card company. Judging from the phone call I received this morning the service is not any better and I strongly urge people not to buy (or attempt to Buy) from this company.
