I was placed for a position with My Staffing Force.  I'm not sure where you get your information from and I can for one tell you that it is not creditable information.  Do your research and learn from others who actually do get placement with My Staffing Force as opposed to your personal recruiting efforts with your agency.

As an Associate of StaffingForce for almost a year I can tell you what it is and what it isn't.  What it is ~ a web-based ATS platform designed to support the recruiting efforts of Independent and Small Agency Recruiters by facilitating collaboration and the sharing of resources in a "closed" association environment.  Professional Recruiters choose to join the StaffingForce organization in order to have access to the Client & Candidate information contained in the ever growing shared database as well as the back office services for a flat fee of $68 per month after an initial $100 fee to create an individual account.  It is up the individual Recruiter as to how they choose to use the StaffingForce platform which determines how successful they will be in returning a profit on their investment.

As for team-building, an Associate of StaffingForce can choose to recruit other Staffing Professionals into the StaffingForce Associate in order to create residual monthly income through Revenue & Subscriptions overrides or not.

StaffingForce is not ~ a traditional Staffing Agency offering a base salary + commission to Recruiters to pick-off resumes from the job boards and fling them at clients in the hopes that they will "stick" and a fee will be paid to the Agency.  We are not an Association of Recruiters looking "to carry weak Recruiters through the Recession".  Only the best & brightest survive at 100% commission and the weak look for a new profession.  Recruiting is sales and Salesmen love their commission checks!
