My Turtle Store Money sent. Months later no turtle. Port Richey Internet and Florida

Ordered juvenilre turlte and paid extra for it to be shipped to California.  Which adds a hefty fee.  Never came.  Called weeks later.  Owner said that turtles are laying eggs now and they do not want to distrb them.  Will send my turlte in a couple of weeks.  Waited several weeks. Still no turlte or communication. Called again.  Said still laying eggs. Will ship shortly.  Now, four months later and no longer responding to emails or phone messages, still no turle. Looks lke a rip off orgnaization or out of business and just keeping my money.  Either way, I advise other consumers to avoid this company.
