Show customers why they should trust your business over your competitors...
This company has billed me via my telephone company for two months in a row. The phone company refuses to acknowledge responsibility or to help - when I asked to speak to a supervisor at the phone company, I was disconnected.
When I called My Voicemail Network directly, I was routed to a voice mailbox after being on hold for a long time.
I have filed a complaint with the PUC.
