On 1-1-20 I responded to an emailed advertisement for an online course called Create A Profitable Online Store from My Wife Quit Her Job. The ad was for a discounted price from the normal amount for the course. The advertisement specifically stated that the discounted price of $1497 had a 30-day money-back guarantee. On 1-28-20, I emailed MWQHJ requesting a refund. The business responded that their refund policy states that discounted purchases of the course are non-refundable, which directly contradicts the bold-lettered advertisement promise that the discounted price of $1497 had a 30-day money-back guarantee.
In the dispute to get a refund, Discover Card and the Better Business Bureau were told that the ad had "all sales are final" on every page of the checkout process, which is a complete lie - I have the screenshots of the entire email ad. BEWARE OF FALSE ADVERTISING FROM THIS COMPANY.

I DO NOT believe that MWQHJ is or has been intentionally deceptive in any part of their advertising, or that they have intentionally lied in response to other agencies investigating this. I just believe, and can verify, that "all sales are final" was not on every part of the sign-out process, and that they should honor the money-back guarantee on the ad that I responded to.
