Myautostop - Rimstop charged me twice and wont refund money Ripoff! Houston Texas

I bought a set of wheels from rimstop on ebay. The winning bid was 2500 I then called up and added tires the total of rims and tires was 3900. I sent them a wire transfer for 900 and a check for 3000.

I then recieved an email from the owner sonny that said the 3000 dollar check was bounced and to wire transfer him 3000. I was stupid and sent him another 3000 later to find out that the first check didn't bounce and he cashed it. I faxed him proof but he refuses to help me. He told me that I am not going to get anything back.
