Mycorpoation.com ripped me off. They took FOREVER to get the company formed. Once they did the documents were WRONG. I looked in the public records and they have been in lawsuit after lawsuit. WARNING --- WARNING --- WARNING.

I have never used mycorporation.com because I can service my clients much faster. But their website clear states the timeline for their services. They offer 3 levels of incorporation services. Standard takes 40 business days, expedited takes 12 business days and rush takes 7 business days. So you basically get what you pay for.
If they made mistakes, did they correct them? If so, how long did it take to correct the errors?
