Show customers why they should trust your business over your competitors...
I bought a digital camera from the internet site MYDV.CO.UK at the beginning of December, however i have not recieved the camera or a refund.
The company have been offline since leaving many uk based consumers with their hands tied as to what to do. I have been billed 105.99 for my fuji digital camera and am feeling extremely let down by the whole saga. I paid on my debit card which makes the whole thing even worse as i can not get my money back.
Being based in the uk is also an annoyance as it seems that the company has been shut down and so we are left with no point of contact.
