I ordered and paid for three ID crads on October 03, 2016. Till now, I have not received the three ID cards I ordered. I asked for a refund or they send the three cards I ordered. I have sent several emails to the customer service for refund or the three Identity cards. I have not received any response back.

They keep ignoring all the emails I send. I am really frustrated.
