took application from me for lower priced health insurance 2/01/15 to begin coverage on 03/01/2015. never received cards,but took deposit of$269.95, was told if i cancelled before thirty days would receive refund of deposit minus $70 i then was talking to tax accountant and he said these kinds of policies aren't what they say. took out other health care insurance and called them to cancell the policy on 02/10/15.i have not anything from them as to my cards or in reference to refund.
