I never ordered any voice mail service which Myiproduct claims that they recieved the order. I was charged 14.95 2 times in consecutive months and unfortunatley I did not notice that the first month. When I asked for the credit, they said that they cannot give the credit because they can trace the ip address of the computer to my employer from where I filled the form explicitly to order this service. I am pretty sure I cannot do that and I even do not know till today what this company is and what this service was all about. I really feel like filing a class action suit against them ...not a matter of a few dollars but the shamelessness of the people who I know are cheats !
FRAUD FRAUD FRAUD !! but I am just wondering how any such fraud company can bill through AT&T ??
