I was looking for the Firefox browser. Ended up with a Google search at a page (2008Firefox.com) offering 3 years of support, which sounded good, for $13. Turns out it was $13/year (this was my own fault because I missed seeing the "/year"), and they added HP tools when I did the check-out. I have Vista, so why would I need HP tools? The order confirmation page then states the charge will show up as MyMusicBill.com.

I am not computer illiterate, but I can't even locate a way to cancel the request!
