Mynizaga Consulting Bob Buchan Charged $10K loan application fees without, fully knowing that he would not fund the borrowers Dawsonville Georgia

Bob Bachan the owner of Mynizaga would say anything to get the $10k application fee when he knows full well that he would not be able to fund loans. I worked with him as one of his "brokers" and over the year and half that I dealt with him, I have not found an iota of evidence to convince me that he is a legitimate and honorable businessman. I showed him a text from one of his "brokers" where he expressed that Bob is a fraud and he simply refused to address it. I told him many times that it is wrong to charge application fees from clients when he knows he is not going to fund them. He claims that PPP program works better when clients have the set-aside funds. This is even more reason for him not to sell empty promises to clients who don't have set aside funds. I gave him an opportunity to do the right thing by refunding the application fees my clients paid and that if he fails to do that, I would report him and he just kept on playing the same old tune that he would eventually fund them. He has a third party people, the Kellys, Teaghlach Development Group, LLC, in Madison, MS 39110, who are not that much different but who charged my client $15K and have not provided any service. The only thing I saw was a bad attitude and excuses.
