mysurvey.com&caroladams the company never sent me my credit for my rewards points it should have been here 2 days ago not only that now when i try to log in to my survey it says my email address is not reconized so they like swiped me out the system or something. i dont know Internet

ive been taking surveys for the past 3 mos for this place and i just finaly made my first purchase with my reward points for a 15 dollar pay pal gift card wich is actualy a rip off for all the time ive put in to doing these sueveys but anyhow they say 10 to 13 days it will be emailed to you then it asks for your address to mail it to you .so i gave them both addresses and 16 days later no credit in either one. thats not the worst part... now i try to log into their surveys it is saying it dont reconize my email or password . and they have all the sudden stop sending me invites in my email and normaly im reciving at least 2 a day if not more
