Show customers why they should trust your business over your competitors...
Company said it would cost $200 to fix and would have back in couple of days. They charged us $700 and weeks later still no computer. Called was told had to order additional parts called again they said they got the wrong parts. This has gone on for over five weeks. Every call we were put on hold or hung up on. Asked to speak to a manager and again on hold for an hour finally spoke with Sarah Kahn and told her the situation. No help. This company is a scam.
