I have had nothing but a good experience with Vibra Slim. The machine I bought from them worked flawlessy for over three years. Then I had a button start working intermitently. My warranty had been expired for a year but, they sent me a brand new control panel and didn't even charge me for shipping. They have aways been very friendly and quick to respond with us. It took about 3 minutes to out the part on and I was back vibrating right away. So I am very happy with them.

I purchased the vibration plate exercise machine several months ago from myvibraslim.com. I was guaranteed results with toning and weight loss and several months later after using it 4-5 times per week, I am out almost $2000 and nothing to show for it.

I contacted the company to get a refund and they said they don't have a refund policy and that I was supposed to send an email about my experience and the managers would look at it. I called today and they refused to talk to me and said that he was instructed to disconnect my call if I called.

Company is a scam. They never called me back when I continuously called them. RIP OFF. They wont even refund my money.

My wife and I have had our machine for almost two years and it has really helped us. My wife suffers from joint pain which kept her from getting much exercise. But our machine after a few weeks almost totally alleviated her pain and she was able to start daily walks again. Further it has increased our muscle strength and balance greatly.

I think that it is no different than anything, it is not a miracle machine. You can't eat whatever you want or not do any other exercise and expect to get great results. The customer service we got was excellent and we have got many of our friends to buy machines from them. No reports of problems from them.
